We are seeking a friendly and efficient Waitress to join our team. The Waitress will be responsible for taking orders, delivering food and beverages, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

1. Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately.
2. Provide menu recommendations and answer questions about menu items.
3. Input orders into the POS system and ensure they are processed accurately.
4. Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately to customers.
5. Check back with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
6. Clear tables efficiently and reset them for the next customer.
7. Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.
8. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area.
9. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
10. Follow all safety and sanitation procedures.

Requirements:

1. Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required.
2. Excellent customer service skills.
3. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
4. Strong communication skills.
5. Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
6. Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
7. Basic math skills for handling transactions.
8. Food handler's certification is a plus.
