- Greet and serve the guest by NOVOTEL standards of food and beverages in terms of quality, presentation, sanitation in a gracious and professional manner. Follow up daily outlet operation task by helping and acting. Display aggressive hospitality through positive personality with both guest and fellow associates. Take pride in all facets of service with a clean professional appearance and keep a sparkling clean dining room at all times.
- Self-motivate by consistently focus on guest satisfaction & deliver service excellence.
- Adhere to local regulations concerning health, safety, or other compliance requirements, as well as brand standards and local policies and procedures.
