Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to strengthen the company’s market position and achieve desired business goals.
  • Lead and manage the marketing team to execute effective marketing campaigns that align with our business objectives.
  • Utilize SEO strategies, Google AdWords, and other digital marketing tools to increase online presence and customer engagement.
  • Leverage web analytics to assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, making necessary adjustments for optimal results.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for lead generation and customer retention.
  • Oversee the company's contact center operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality customer service.
  • Manage relationships with external marketing and advertising partners.
  • Stay current with the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing and the wider technology industry, adjusting strategies as necessary.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the marketing field, preferably in the technology industry.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing effective marketing strategies.
  • Proficient in SEO, Google AdWords, and other digital marketing tools.
  • Demonstrated experience with SaaS products and a deep understanding of the technology industry.
  • Strong knowledge of web analytics and the ability to derive meaningful insights for marketing strategy refinement.
  • Experience in managing a contact center or call center is a plus.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a diverse team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking, with the ability to make informed decisions based on data and metrics.
