About the company

This is a position that is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

The family is used to have a lot of staff working in their home.

This position is a LIVE in position - all though you will be in a separate accommodation and you will not be living in the home of the family. Family pays for your accommodation.

The project

The family is looking for an Experienced Personal Assistant / Butler, who is able to start to work ASAP, under a permanent contract. Of course, there will a period of trial.

All interviews will be telephonic interviews and then face to face interviews. The clients pays for all the flights.

Ideally, the client is looking for someone, who is very familiar to work with VIPs, UHNWI and/or Private families before.

In order to apply for this position, you must take a LIVE IN position, the client will accommodate only you, but not your family, you will share the accommodation with other female candidates, who are currently living there.

For this position, you will be in charge of:

• Assisting the client while he is traveling. This position is not an inactive Personal Assistant position, as you do not stay in the office, but you will need to travel when required.
• Assisting the client with all his demands regarding the organization of his agenda
• Taking care of booking the flight tickets
• Taking care of booking the luggages
• Taking care of booking the hotel rooms
• Preparing for the client's business meetings
• Assisting the client when he needs to do shopping
• Booking/making reservations for restaurants

As a Butler, you will need to do :

• Taking care of the wardrobes
• Arranging for business breakfast, lunch and dinner
• In charge of silver service

Desired profile

If you are the kind of person, who is:

• French native with a perfect level on french ( writing, reading, listening and speaking)
• coming from/ has been working in Hospitality field before
• having Butler experience in a gourmet restaurant, in a private villa or on yacht
• Significative successful experience working with VIPs, VVIPs or Private families
• a strong multi-tasker
• very detail orientated and have extensive knowledge of service and caring for luxury materials
• Very well organized
• very confident in serving food, wine and champagne
• calm, pleasant and discreet
• punctual and well presented, and have good communication skills
• having knowledge in all kind of services
• making a great importance to respect with hygiene and safety procedures and rules
• working efficiently under operational pressure
• Perfectly fluent in French and a very good level of English
• You have a strong positive attitude and you are a smiling person
• You are extremely flexible and you do understand that working for VIPs requires flexibility
• You have a strong sense of service
• very flexible, dynamic, multitasker
• hardworking and always available

Salary: to be defined depending on profiles (salary could be paid in UAD which would be the equivalent of the amount in euros). Salary could also be paid in euros if you preferred.

Type contract: permanent contract

POSITION TO BE FILLED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

Package : The family will provide you with the shared accommodation, as there are other female candidates, who are living there, they will also take care of flying you in Dubai, they will cover your travel expenses. There will be probation in your contract for 3 months.
