Managing all aspects of the villa,
including maintenance, security, and guest services.
•Supervising and coordinating staff,
including hiring and training new employees.
•Creating and implementing policies and
procedures to ensure the smooth operation of the villa.
•Maintaining a high level of cleanliness
and organization throughout the villa.
•Planning and coordinating events and
activities for guests. Maintaining relationships with local vendors and
suppliers.
