- Master’s degree in Engineering, Math, Science or Education field
- Bachelor Degree in any Scientific Discipline
Experience Required
- 10 years of teaching experience
- 5 years in Academic Supervisory Position
Skills Required
- A clear understanding of curriculum delivery, development and program evaluation, teaching methods, and class observation
- Demonstrated success working within a high performing educational institution
- Teacher support and/or Career Development planning
- Ability in working with high school age learners and their parents
- Philosophy and programming of high school level education
- Effective discipline strategies and motivation
- Child and adolescence growth and development
- Learning assessment, diagnosis and research related to learning
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions in reports
- Advanced training in Desktop Publishing software programs
