Plan and execute efficient supply chain strategies for a growing company, at Uline! As Vice President of Supply Chain, you'll manage projects focused on providing efficient service while optimizing Uline's supply chain as our North American footprint expands. Guide the team that determines the logistics to provide our customers with legendary service!

Position Responsibilities

  • Develop inventory planning and distribution strategies as Uline expands into new markets and diversifies its warehouse supplier base.
  • Diagnose supply chain challenges, anticipate evolving areas of growth and ensure prompt support for necessary system, process and physical improvements.
  • Partner to optimize logistics networks and evaluate the impact of proposed logistics changes, such as routing, shipping modes, utilization and carriers across the distribution network.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree. Master's degree a plus.
  • 10+ years of experience in purchasing, logistics, distribution, and / or inventory functions for a multi-site supply chain network.
  • Proven experience directing cross-functional teams and program management for large multi-year initiatives.
  • Adept at using analytics tools to summarize data and make insightful recommendations to support business decisions.
  • Strong attention to detail, diligence and follow-through.
