- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share growth in Dubai and Ras al Khaimah.
- Recruit, train, and lead a team of sales professionals to ensure they meet and exceed sales goals. Provide coaching, guidance, and support to the sales team.
- Accountable for achieving residential sales targets received from specified properties
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, investors, and strategic partners.
- Develop accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and performance metrics to track progress and ensure the achievement of sales goals.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of our real estate projects, including features, benefits, and unique selling points, to effectively communicate and close sales.
- Oversee contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and terms to ensure favorable outcomes and maximize profitability.
- Ensure all sales activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Ensure exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and effectively.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and recommending actions for improvement.
- Develop and manage the sales department budget, ensuring optimal resource allocation and cost control
- Continuously improve the sales process, from lead generation to closing deals, to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
