Vehicle Assembly Equipement Director

• Be responsible for developing equipment technical specifications and standards.
• Establish the equipments strategy, the process flow, the factory layout, the equipment planning, the equipment budgeting.
• Lead the equipment team and and contribute to the global objective to achieve the factory on time.
• Lead the Assembly factory production line planning and products strategic planning.
• Be responsible to Assembly overall equipment scenario and budgeting. Ensure all equipment or production line meet all process functional requirement, budget etc.
• Be responsible for managing and controlling all equipment indicators or parameters are in good condition.
• Plan out Assembly equipment new-built, modification, upgrading, tech. communication etc. and progressing the related implementation according to the final scenario.
• Push forward the digital factory and intelligent manufacturing application projects.
• Be responsible for projective equipment installation, commissioning, and final acceptance. Guarantee the equipment running as requested condition before SOP.

Profile / Requirements

• Proficient in Chinese writing and speaking fluently. Be able to speak English as official language.
• Bachelor or above degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related majors.
• Over 13 years' work experience on automotive manufacturing engineering. Lead or participate in over 4 complete factory establishment projects. Master the assembly equipment spec. and management system.
• Be able to use AutoCAD, CATIA, Office software.
• Be able to work hard with high stress and strictly logic thinking. Strong ability of organization, coordination, and analysis.
• Preferred experiences of managing multicultural teams, working in global markets especially regional markets in China or MENA.
• Preferably a leader with previous experiences in both established MNCs and start-ups.
