We are seeking motivated individuals to join our client a leading property consultant in the UAE as a Real Estate Valuer

Key responsibilities:

Conduct property inspections and gather relevant information for valuation purposes.

Assist senior valuers in preparing valuation reports for a variety of property types including residential commercial and industrial properties.

Analyze market trends comparable sales data and other factors to determine property values.

Collaborate with team members to ensure accuracy and consistency in valuation methodologies and processes.

Liaise with clients and stakeholders to understand their requirements and address any inquiries related to valuation reports.

Stay updated on industry regulations standards and best practices related to property valuation.

Key requirements:

A degree in business management or related fields is essential.
