- You are used to work with Figma. This is a must and needs to be visible on your portfolio or cv.
- You need to have at least 3 years of relevant UX Designer experience. This is also a must.
- Experience in creating strong rationales for design decisions that persuade peers and executives.
- A motivation letter to tell us ‘why Rituals’, and an excellent portfolio that supports your CV.
- Experience in driving design processes through co-creation and workshop facilitation.
And of course, a love for our Rituals products.
