- Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand project requirements and user needs.
- Design and maintain the overall look and feel of our digital products, ensuring a consistent and user-friendly design.
- Conduct user research, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gain insights into user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
- Translate research findings into actionable design solutions that address user needs and align with business goals.
- Ensure the adherence to brand guidelines by managing the team and overseeing vendor compliance with these guidelines.
- Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design ideas effectively to both internal teams and stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain design systems, ensuring consistent visual and interaction patterns across all digital products.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure the feasibility of design concepts and to provide guidance during the implementation phase.
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback, usability testing results, and evolving project requirements.
- Develop design guidelines, style guides, and design systems to ensure a cohesive user experience across all platforms.
- Work in an agile environment, iterating on designs based on user feedback and development constraints.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques to continuously improve design processes and deliver high-quality results.
