- Bachelor's degree in a related field is typically required.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in UI/UX design, including user research, interaction design, and visual design, is typically required. Experience with a variety of design tools, such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or InVision, is highly preferred.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a variety of design skills, including wireframing, prototyping, and visual design. The portfolio should showcase a range of design projects and demonstrate the ability to create intuitive, user-centered designs.
- Knowledge of web design standards, usability principles, and design best practices. Familiarity with HTML/CSS and front-end development frameworks is a plus.
