Trusts & Estates Attorney
Must have 5 years of experience in trusts and estates, elder law experience a plus
Qualifications
JD from an accredited law school
Admitted to practice in New York required
Superior communication, writing, and research skills
Legal project management experience is helpful
Responsibilities
- Direct experience with sophisticated estate planning, drafting and administration
- Direct client contact with our significant private client base of high net worth individuals and families, family offices, closely held businesses, and national charities and foundations.
- Elder Law experience
Establishment of a variety of trusts, including the following
- Revocable Living Trusts
- Irrevocable Life Insurance Trusts
- Charitable Lead Trusts
- Charitable Remainder Unitrusts
- Dynasty Trusts
- Generation-Skipping Trusts
- Grantor Retained Annuity Trusts
- Qualified Personal Residence Trusts
- Spousal Estate Reduction Trusts
