Job Summary:
We are looking for motivated and passionate Sales Associates to be the front line for our customers to determine their needs, answer questions and get them excited to transform their smiles. Your goal will be to deliver excellent customer service while still surpassing your sales goals each month.
Responsibilities:
- Understand customer needs and requirements
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails (no hardcore sales!)
- Actively follow up with existing customers
Requirements
- 2+ years of sales experience and/or customer service
- Understanding the concept of using motivational tactics to teach customers why their new smile is invaluable to them and their confidence
- Master at overcoming objections in order
- Prior utilization of SalesForce and Five9 gets bonus points.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Dedication to putting the team first
- Required to perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned
- Must have Fiber Optic internet with at least 25 Mbps bandwidth
- Must have a backup desktop or laptop with the latest OS
- Must be able to work from 8AM-5PM ; 9AM-6PM Pacific or Mountain (may have Saturday work)
- Must be amenable to reporting to our Makati office as required
