To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A valid Full UK Driving License is mandatory, along with a willingness to travel and visit UK service centres.
- Experience of administrative procedures, project management principles, and process improvement methodologies.
- Proficiency in Excel and database management
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to persuade, influence, and negotiate
- A keen eye for detail
- Methodical approach and solution-oriented mindset
- Motivation to learn and develop your skills
- Ability to prioritise workload with flexibility for changing demands
