- Assist QHSE Managers in implementing and executing the QHSE Management system and QHSE Policy requirements within respective programs.
- Conduct Job Safety analyses/risk assessments and provide recommendations to mitigate potential associated risks.
- Ensure that emergency drills are conducted as per the planned schedule and verify that emergency equipment is functioning properly while ensuring that staff are well-informed about the Emergency Response plan.
- Support Managers in HSE incident investigations and reporting.
- Provide QHSE training programs to all staff involved in marine operations.
- Ensure the maintenance of safety equipment on each vessel (lifejackets, rescue boats, first aid kits, etc.).
