- 5 years sales experience, with a preference for candidates who have worked in the water pump trade industry or a related field.
- Proven experience working with developers, consulting engineers, and contractors is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated goal orientation with a strong focus on customer service and the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the capability to effectively convey information to clients and internal teams. Fluent in English and Afrikaans.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with strategic thinking to identify opportunities and address challenges.
- Upholds high business ethics and values transparency in teamwork and client interactions.
- Good IT skills, particularly in using Microsoft Office applications and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, to manage and analyze sales data efficiently.
