Terminal Duty Manager

Overview: We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Terminal Duty Manager to join our team. As the Terminal Duty Manager, you will oversee the entire passenger terminal complex activities, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer service. This is a 24/7 role that reports to the Senior Manager Terminal Operations, with a line to the HIA Operation Manager. Responsibilities: • Manage and supervise terminal operations, ensuring efficient and effective passenger flow. • Provide visible physical presence throughout the passenger terminal complex during shifts, monitoring busy areas according to traffic flow. • Ensure compliance with safety and security regulations in the aviation industry. • Lead and motivate a team of employees, promoting a positive and customer-centric work culture. • Collaborate with various stakeholders to resolve operational issues and optimize terminal performance.
