- Experience: Extensive experience (preferably 8-10 years) in HVAC management, with a significant portion of that experience in Qatar's construction or related industry.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and mentor teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting, coupled with a strong understanding of industry trends and advancements.
- Regulatory Compliance: Familiarity with Qatari building codes, regulations, and safety standards related to HVAC systems.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders effectively.
- Educational Qualification: A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. Additional certifications in HVAC systems or project management are advantageous.
