• Assist in the formulation of targets for individuals and teams • Lead the telesales teams to achieve business objectives according to the pre-determined goals including sales and revenue growth • Monitor daily sales, service, operation and credit to ensure that all sales and operations activities • Train and onboard new employees • Anticipate escalation and take over calls when needed • Devise ways to optimize procedures and keep staff motivated • Prepare monthly/annual results and performance reports
