We are looking for a Tele-Sales/Telemarketing Executive with proven experience in the corporate sales and willing to work on target
Location: Dubai
Salary: AED 3,000- 4,000 + Commission
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3years of UAE experience in tele-sales
- Experience in printing equipment industry would be an added advantage
- Excellent communication skills in English
- UAE Driver’s license is an advantage
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
- Good knowledge in using Microsoft Excel and telephone systems
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service
- Generate new business opportunities
- Answer questions about products or the company
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close
- Enter and update customer information in the database
- Take and process orders in an accurate manner
- Willingness to work under pressure
- Willing ness to work on target basis
