Title: Telemarketing Specialist

Job Overview:

Seeking a dynamic and motivated Telemarketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to businesses to encourage them to apply for a prestigious award sponsored by our government agency. This role demands excellent communication skills a persuasive nature and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct cold calls to businesses introducing them to the award program

2. Provide detailed information about the awards benefits criteria and application process

3. Persuasively communicate the value and prestige associated with the award

4. Track and record call outcomes maintaining detailed notes for followup actions

5. Collecting and compiling relevant contacts to include in the database and updating contact information as needed

6. Work towards call and conversion targets set by the agency of encouraging companies to participate in the award

7. Address questions and concerns from potential applicants professionally

8. Update customer relationship management (CRM) systems with call details

9. Submitting daily and weekly update reports on the number of calls done and status

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in telemarketing

• Strong English communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to persuade and influence decisionmakers

• Selfmotivated with excellent time management skills

• Familiarity with CRM software and telephone systems

• Knowledge of the industry related to the award is a plus

Job Type: Fulltime

Salary: AED2500.00 AED3500.00 per month
