Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents to promote our educational programs.
Answer incoming calls from potential students, parents, or guardians, and provide accurate information about the institute, courses, fees, admission requirements, etc.
Identify and understand the needs of prospective students and provide appropriate solutions through effective consultation.
Keep records of all calls made, student inquiries, and relevant information accurately in the institute's database
Meet or exceed monthly targets for student enrollment and conversion rate.
