Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our products/services and generate sales leads.
• Identify customer needs and offer solutions that meet their requirements.
• Follow up on leads and inquiries generated through marketing campaigns website inquiries and other sources.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
• Keep accurate records of sales activities including calls meetings and sales opportunities using CRM software.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies and tactics.
• Stay updated on product/service features benefits and pricing to effectively communicate with clients.
• Provide feedback to the marketing and product teams based on customer insights and market trends.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in telesales inside sales or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Persuasive and confident with the ability to overcome objections.
• Resultsoriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
