This is a remote position.

Purpose of role. To integrate new and existing clients with the flydocs product suite in a timely and efficient manner. To ensure client satisfaction during their onboarding experience and introducing them to flydocs to become system relevant and ensure client retention.

Team: Customer Experience (previously known as Product Support and Training)

Because we are more interested in what you bring to our team than where you are located, you can work from anywhere in India. You will be encouraged to regularly join us at a hub or satellite to collaborate and partner with other members of the team where possible.

How do you get to contribute to the business?

This role is key to the set up, testing and client acceptance of the flydocs platform during onboarding of new clients or existing clients expanding their integration with flydocs.

The key contributions are below:

Software configuration and bespoke set up for our clients

Guiding clients with Network / IT Integration including methods of document upload

M&E collaboration for streamlined Data feed set up

Side by Side Client Testing and acceptance of the flydocs products to gain go live sign off within agreed time period
