About the Role: Our esteemed client is seeking a Technology Product Manager (PM) with a proven track record in the Sustainability domain specifically in delivering products within this realm. The PM will collaborate closely with customer and internal teams to translate customer requirements into actionable product features. Operating within a startup environment the PM will demonstrate selfmotivation and initiative in completing tasks.

Requirements:

Comprehensive Understanding of Product Management:

• Product Vision and Strategy: Prioritize features and user stories to align with the product vision and strategic objectives. Collaborate with the technical team to develop these features.
• Product Backlog Management: Proficiency in grooming and prioritizing the product backlog.
• Epic and User Stories: Ability to break down epics into smaller user stories. Develop user flows and use cases based on customer requirements while also defining the product roadmap.
• Stakeholder Collaboration.

Handson Experience in Technology Product Development:

• Sprint Planning and Execution: Proficient in creating low/high fidelity solutions with quick turnaround times. Experience in sprintbased work environments and successfully executing product deliveries is essential.
• 34 years of Working Knowledge in managing and developing Technology Products.

Sustainability Domain Knowledge:

• Understanding of environmental science and business.
• Profound understanding of Carbon emission calculation methodologies particularly around Scope 3 emissions.
• Ideal candidates should possess knowledge of carbon emission calculations for various humanrelated activities such as travel spending waste and energy consumption.
• Familiarity with GHG Protocol ISO 14064/67 GRI/SBTi/UN SDG/IFRS standards is required.

Soft Skills:

• Effective Communication: Ability to articulate ideas verbally and in writing to all stakeholders.
• Adaptability: Comfortable working in a startup environment.
• Proficiency in Tools: Ability to utilize various tools such as Canva Miro etc. (not limited to).
