- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology or related fields.
- Project management certified, PMP, Prince 2, scrum master or equivalent certificates.
- Certified on Information technology operations standard, ITIL, COBIT or equivalent certificate
- Certified on information security standard
- 8+ years’ experience leadership role in IT operations
- 8+ years’ experience of Managing digital and technology infrastructure
- 5+ years’ experience in overseeing infrastructure and service delivery teams
- 2 years’ experience of Managing public cloud
- Sound understanding of computer systems, networks, security, telecommunications, databases and storage systems and cloud Infrastructure
- Strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage and prioritize tasks and projects
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Solid system, security, and applications problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Solid understanding of network infrastructure and network operations.
- Solid experience and up to date skills with server environment, software defined network and software defined storage
- Solid knowledge of virtual environment and cloud products
- Hands on experience on enterprise security solutions.
- Experience in enterprise backup and disaster recovery solutions.
