Technician - 6G Welder

Requirements

Qualification(s) & Training

• National Vocational Qualification Level 3-4, City & Guilds or equivalent technical qualification in a welding discipline, or secondary qualification with equivalent technical experience in related field if no relevant qualification
• Must have SMAW 6G Welding Certificate
• GTAW Welding
• MIG Welding
• 3G Coding
• Basic Offshore Survival Induction & Emergency Training (BOSIET) (P)
  

Experience(s) (E – Essential / P – Preferred):

• Minimum 3 or more years of work experience in relevant field.
• Fabricating various types of materials
• Welding to known pre-determined standards
• Working with Plasma, Oxy-Acetylene, Bandsaws and Grinders
• Ability to work well with staff at all Nationalities and levels
