Job Description

  • Analyzing and evaluating information needs for projects and help define content requirements.
  • Create high-quality documentation about Core42 products and solutions, including User Manuals, Release Notes, Getting Started Guides, Knowledge Base, and other publications for both end users and internal teams.
  • Meticulous reviewing and editing your own work as well as performing peer- reviews for other members of the team.
  • Assist senior staff to identify tasks and responsibilities.
  • Provide detailed, consistently authoring accurate content compliant with department and company standards.
  • Collaborate and also an individual contributor who relies on professional discretion to achieve goals.
  • Conduct technical reviews with the engineering and product management teams.
  • Research topics to be documented based on information from a variety of credible sources.
  • Analyse customer feedback to drive content, process, delivery, or accessibility improvement.
  • Review, assign, and resolve defects and enhancements in defect tracking tools.
  • Transform ambiguity into clarity.

Qualifications

Skills and atributes to success

  • 5-7 years of experience writing technical documentation.
  • Bachelor's degree preferably in technical writing, computer science or a related technical field.
  • Mastery of authoring tools, such as MadCap Flare, Adobe FrameMaker, MS Word.
  • Experience in planning, researching, writing, and editing user-friendly documents.
  • Ability to deliver quality documentation under tight deadlines with changing product requirements.
  • Enjoy collaborating in a multicultural and diverse environment that expands to include various geographic locations.
  • You have stellar communication skills, effectively expressing yourself and gathering information in a clear and consistent manner.
