Job Description
Education and experience:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or related field.
At least 2 years of experience in providing technical services, including previous management or leadership experience.
Driving skills:
Ability to lead and motivate a multicultural team to achieve service goals and work in a team spirit.
Leadership skills to guide and develop employees in the department.
Technical knowledge:
Deep understanding of current technologies and trends in technical services such as networking systems, software and hardware.
Ability to provide technical support and advanced technical solutions to customers.
