Respond to proposals for specific customer requirements, including but not limited to request for proposal responses, prepare proposal, tender documentation and its submission. compilation of tender documents and on time submissions. Ensure that operational and sales-related information is communicated to all other appropriate departmental staff, maintain accurate records at all time. Support sales back office function by Assisting and providing documents for sales team on all required tender submissions, quotations, follow up and when necessary.
2. Lead Generation / Revenue Generation
Responsible for generating new sales leads to support the Business Development team. Secure business appointments with new leads for prospective clients or cross-sell opportunities for WS available products. Support LINE Manager to develop and grow the sales pipeline consistently to meet revenue targets. Ensure achievement of assigned Revenue targets for WS available products. Increase revenue over and above as per assigned targets.
3. Client Relations / Filing
Responsible for Coordination/ follow-up promptly for availing requested documents, materials, etc. from clients, suppliers, contractors or staffs. Maintain the integrity and confidentiality of any sensitive information. Keep updated CRM.
Keep a track of the status of work requests, and availability of proper LPO/order confirmation from customers, proposals submitted, etc.
Responsible to maintain filing in an organized manner as per the systems or guidelines and ensure easy document retrieval, maintain records of stationary / files / materials / drawings / business cards / company brochures and other assets through electronic and other means, conduct periodic checks on file updates by other staffs of the department and submit report. Ensure that sales team have sufficient quantities of sales support material, such as product brochures or case studies. Create customer records, demands or any new request related Rostima application on behalf of commercial team
4. Coordination and Distribution / Communication / Team Work
Accountable for arranging weekly internal progress review meetings and prepare Meeting Minutes and subsequently its on-time distribution.
You must efficiently respond to any online or telephone queries in a calm and friendly manner including but not limited to answering and responding to calls and informing the concerned team for any proposal / work requirement.
Liaise with client for Adhoc / on-call services and coordinate with team for necessary action.
