- To implement & digitize & automate new Processes / reengineer an existing one by:
- Playing substantial role in Implementing new projects (help in gathering requirements, solution selection, master data preparation, setup access and authorization roles, testing and end user training).
- Identify main stakeholders and work packages then Report progress, risks reporting, and mitigation plan during the project execution.
- Maintaining Request of Configuration RFC's related to AED business in terms of initiation and identifying business requirements, testing, and confirming and publishing to PRD.
- Provide guidance and insight to upper management in terms of budgets and cost for the new tools and existing one
- Enabling business by Developing urgent solution as MVP, scale it to meet the standard best practices from both IT and business perspectives.
