- 10+ years functional experience on implementing Manufacturing/Smart Manufacturing/Industry 4.0 initiatives in complex Consumer Goods environments
- Proven experience in solutions architecture and definition of technical organization
- Proven experience in integrating Manufacturing and OT solutions with ERP and other solutions
- Experience with Agile ways of working
- Experience in systems planning, development methodologies and business process management
- Experience of managing budgets
- Ability to effectively prioritise and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
- Strong Communication skills
- Strong Planning and organisation skills
- Good Analytical and IT Architecture skills
