- This is a unique opportunity to join a renowned international fashion house with a constantly growing presence across the Middle East Region. You will lead, motivate and coach the in-store team and dive their performance to exceed their targets and KPIs. You will lead your team by example and you will ensure they have excellent product knowledge at all times. You will work closely with the Store Manager to support day to day store operations and will be also involved in the recruitment and on-boarding of the new staff.
