• Mainly run the daily operation on store - manage the cashier/sales lady, check incoming and outgoing deliveries, relate with the customers to ensure high quality of service
• Train the staff to make sure customers are happy to come back
• Administrative role on making the staff schedule, calendar of events, inventory of stocks, etc.
• Negotiate with suppliers, purchase needed materials, equipment for repair or replacement
• Manage budget for marketing, promotions and see how it reflects on company P&L with higher management
