Team Leader Cleaning

Lead and supervise a team of cleaning workers to ensure all tasks are completed to the highest standards.
Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures.
Training and mentoring new workers on cleaning techniques and procedures.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of team members and provide them with feedback when appropriate.
Ensure all cleaning equipment is properly maintained and used safely.
Order and replenish cleaning supplies as needed.
Responding to customer complaints and inquiries.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Perform other duties as directed by the Cleaning Supervisor.
Required profile of candidates
Obtaining a high school diploma or its equivalent.
1-2 years of cleaning experience, preferably in a supervisory position.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Ability to motivate and inspire others.
Excellent organization and time management skills.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
