The candidate should be well versed with all aspects of SAP development and tables for time and payroll on SAP ECC 6.0 EHP8.

Duties and Responsibilities:

The Senior SAP Payroll Consultant will provide SAP functional and technical support to the existing Payroll Operations Team, HR, Finance and IT Departments for our long term SAP client. They will be responsible for the improvement and automation of SAP payroll processes, reports, configuration and integration to ensure optimization of the use of Payroll master data, W4, tax info types, benefits info types, wage types, time transfer rules, time evaluations, garnishments, common payroll errors for workers comp, quota balances, payroll dme files, bank transfers, off cycle run configurations, tax reporter configuration, magnetic and print forms for tax reporting, W2 configuration and generation, payroll reconciliation.

• Facilitates meetings with business leaders to elicit requirements or other pertinent information required to complete assigned tasks or project.
  
• Demonstrates exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  
• Perform technical functions that are within the scope of these positions. These include, but are not limited to testing, data loads, and scripting.
  
• Exhibits experience visually modeling the information obtained during elicitation meetings.
  
• Coordinates with business owners and other analysts to define and refine the project scope.
  
• Performs project management duties for the planning and requirement gathering phases of projects.
  
• Develops and maintains a productive working relationship with technology staff, business owners, project sponsors, vendors, and key clients.
  
• Completes projects consistent with the organization and PMO guidelines, adhering to IT standards and policies.
  
• Provide K-12, functional and technical expertise on HCM
  
• Validate HCM Redesign in the Prototype
  
• All required HCM settings and integration with FI/CO/FM
  
• Configure, document and test HCM scope
  
• Provide Knowledge Transfer on implemented on HCM
  
• SAP Support activities will include SAP Payroll/Time processing related to:

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications/Experience:

• 5 years of SAP HCM in SAP ECC 6.0 Functional experience as a Functional / Product Specialist on projects of various size and subject matter expertise in the following:

• Experience designing and debugging SAP related interfaces

Minimum Education:

• Bachelor s Degree in Information Systems, Business Systems, Management Information Systems or IT field Required
