To follow the Mamoura British Academy behaviour management policy and promote the TRACK Values to set high expectations.
.
Manage classes effectively, using approaches which are appropriate to pupils’ needs in order to inspire, motivate and challenge pupils.
.
Maintain good relationships with pupils and parents and follow the school’s procedures to manage and challenge any rare occurrences of unwanted behaviour.
.
Be a positive role model and demonstrate consistently the positive attitudes, values and behaviour which are expected of pupils.
.
Ensure that any concerns relating to behaviour & Safeguarding are accurately followed up on and logged on CPOMS.
