The ideal candidate
  • 1-2 years experience in a Team Lead/Supervisor role
  • Experience in Retail/Hospitality/Call Centre
  • Customer orientated
  • Can efficiently manage daily tasks
  • Can make independent decisions
  • Can learn and adapt in a fast paced, multitasking environment
  • Will actively contribute to the teams KPIs and SLAs
Main Responsibilities
  • Provide world class customer service
  • Respond to customers inquiries regarding products, orders and purchases already made via email, telephone, social media and chat
  • Operate multichannel simultaneously
  • In addition to customer service, you do active and goal orientated sales work
  • Handle customer complaints and find solutions to problems
  • Support the stores and secure optimal cooperation between stores and customer service centre
  • Team management and development
  • Training, mentoring and informing colleagues
  • Assist is securing KPIs and SLAs
