Job Description

Req ID : 2791298
  • Assist Group companies in tax audits and in the development of secured and optimized tax solutions for various entities

  • Ensure tax monitoring and conduct ad hoc studies and projects

  • Be involved in restructuring operations and in the validation of tax liabilities for Group entities

  • Tax review of Group entities

  • Liaise and communicate with various internal and external stakeholders mainly based in the DRO region and Europe,



Requirements:



  • Tax lawyer or/and hold a master’s degree in tax law

  • 4-6 years’ experience within the tax department of an international Group, a consulting firm (big 4) and/or a law firm

  • Experience dealing with tax matters within an international context (analysis of double tax agreements, OECD/UN model tax conventions and related commentaries, foreign tax regulations, VAT, etc.).

    Our client is seeking an experienced Tax Lawyer to join their Tax team based in Dubai.
