Skills & Capabilities
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is a plus
- Fluent oral and written communication skills in English is a must. Fluency in any additional European language would be a great advantage, but not essential. Preferably, you speak Spanish as this role is based in Barcelona, but it is not a must.
- Previous experience in a fast-paced environment, particularly within a startup or scale-up setting is highly desirable. You demonstrate the ability to thrive and excel in dynamic, rapidly evolving work environments where proactivity, adaptability, teamwork, and resourcefulness are essential traits.
