Manage the full cycle recruiting process across multiple Technical and non-technical disciplines
• Develop and update job descriptions while working with the Head of HR/HR Business Partner as required
• Manage resources and provides direction for prioritizing workload within segment to ensure attainment of service level expectations.
• Provide outstanding internal and external service, negotiation and closing skills.
• Determine applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; evaluation assessments; comparing qualifications and competencies to job requirements
• Responsible for creating a positive candidate experience from beginning to end and making sure it is applied amongst the team of recruiters.
