- Minimum of 1-2 year experience in talent acquisition recruiting within but not limited to Sales, Marketing, Creative and Product roles
- Expereince working the Middle East market would be advantageous
- Experience working in talent acquisition or resourcing capacity in an agency previously would be advantageous
- A good understanding of how Boolean searches are conducted
- Experience interviewing candidates over telephone, video call or in-person
- A strong negotiator, particularly when it comes to discussing financials
- Excellent communication skills
- Proactive and excellent time management skills
