- Ensure great candidate experience through providing logistical and administrative support to the recruitment process across functions and geographies
- Manage interviewing/ assessments scheduling and coordinate effectively between candidate, HR and business teams.
- Initiate pre-boarding activities like new hire system setup, background check, reference check, medical check, documentation etc. as required
- Building trusted partnerships with APAC business and HR stakeholders; understand and cater to the hiring needs, capabilities and knowledge requirements & gaps.
- Generate brand recall for Maersk as an Employer of Choice by driving and supporting the talent attraction strategy catering to varied candidate segments
