Responsibilities:
Complete reengineering of functionality to make use of new release capabilities
The implementation of multi-company architecture, and change in the Technology Stack
Review of the administration, development documentation and release management process used by the bank
Review of overall technology stack along with the T24 core system setup and architecture
All COB / EOD processes should be reviewed together with other menus, scripts or other local developments
All parameters used by the bank should be reviewed and any required changes documented and approval obtained
Reporting activity needs to be reviewed and as part of the upgrade project – this will include local reporting
All user interfaces must be included in the review to ensure that the upgrade does not have an effect on any user experience
