- Maintaining existing systems as required
- Gathering the end users requirements
- Designing new solutions that align with the end users requirements and expectation
- Troubleshooting technical issues
- Collaborating with the IT team to resolve issues and ensuring solutions are viable and consistent
- Testing the systems on a regular basis to ensure quality and function
- Creating system guidelines and manuals for the organization
- Conducting regular reviews of systems and generating reports on efficiencies and improvement areas
- Structuring and prioritizing business requirements and communicating plans with stakeholders for review and approval
- Leading digital transformation projects
- Setting project goals and coming up with plans to meet those goals
- Defining project schedules and monitor the project progress
- Aligning project objectives with company goals
- Fostering partnerships with stakeholders and partners
