LOG Assistant
- Working Location: Brunssum, Netherlands
- Security Clearance: NATO Secret
- Language: High proficiency level in English language
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:
Essential Qualifications/Experience:
EBA Oracle knowledge is a must
IT assets minimum knowledge
5+ years experience in LOG
Knowledge of LOG/Asset Management NATO rules is a plus
Driving license is a must
Forklift handling license is good to have
Likes to work on the field BUT also update admin information in the database
Knowledge of Dutch would be plus
DUTIES/ROLE:
CIS assets inventory:
Support physical wall-to-wall inventory if required
Coordinate inventory with AHs
Update the AHs database
Search in systems/physically when assets not found
Handle turned-in equipment, including disposal
Chase AHs if their EOT date approaches
Make sure all accounts have valid AH, if not search for one
Be the link between Tech Support and LOG, update EBA as fast as possible when equipment is moved (installed/returned)
Ad-hoc support to LOG (transport of equipment, receipts, palletizing)
