Support Officer - Business Support

Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, computer science or related field.
Basic Certificate in IT Management (V3)
SCCM/Citrix (optional)
MCSE or CCNA certifications preferred
(3-5) years of experience in a related field.
Knowledge of Windows Exchange Server, Active Directory
Knowledge in Microsoft Exchange Server 2010 user administration
Knowledge in Windows 7/8/10 and MAC operating systems
Knowledge in mobile device management and troubleshooting experience beneficial
Knowledge of security solutions: anti-virus software, anti-spam software, anti-malware software
Networking knowledge: TCP/IP, wireless networking (802.11), Domain Name System, and Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol
Accurate analytical and organizational skills with proven ability to multi-task
Strong interpersonal communication skills and excellent written and verbal documentation skills.
Knowledge in Citrix/VPN/SCCM tools
Good understanding of MS Windows 7 and other Microsoft client operating systems
Knowledge and concept of networking basics.
Ability to manage user expectations and maintain user satisfaction.
Excellent team worker.
Professional (reading, writing, speaking) in English and Arabic communication.
