Work with the acquisition team to support the product, portfolio and collaboration teams in designing and delivering customer proposals to increase card acquisition volume
Support in designing appropriate product campaigns based on customer needs, and designing and implementing technical and operational frameworks for sourcing.
Ensure sales channels are appropriately trained on policy, product and able to sell effectively
Assist in collaborating with Retail Credit Policy in evaluating sales and portfolio results and driving policy/process changes to positively increase sales volume
Assist in designing and developing cross-selling and proactive strategies to increase product share and customer penetration within the existing customer base
Collaborate with Product, Digital, Policy, Risk and Compliance to develop the digital roadmap for the cards business
Help design digital customer journeys to get customers/cards that are fit for purpose and fit needs. Collaborate with stakeholders across the bank to deliver the digital roadmap including working with IT, risk, credit, compliance, oversight, fraud and information security
In collaboration with the Head of Credit Card Products, facilitate and create huge client portfolio management strategies
Leverage use cases like next best customer offers, lead management based on data, and insight
Work with Marketing and Analytics to ensure use cases are implemented, tracked and continually optimized for effectiveness.
Identify and set up new channels or define multi-channel experiences for customers throughout the card journey. Work with stakeholders across the bank including Credit, Policy, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Operations and IT as appropriate to establish channels.
